In my opinion the best ice cream parlor west of the Alster. Super varieties and super sundaes. The ball can then also cost € 1.30 (or € 2 pistachio)!

My favorite ice cream parlor always super ice cream, great decorated ice cream sundaes with a top flavor. Always happy. Small downer for drivers: parking is rarely available. Otherwise I would go to Eisensenn there more often, a shame.

Probably the best ice cream parlor that I know in Hamburg. No matter what kind of ice cream or sundae I ate there, it's just delicious. The creative spaghetti cups in particular are very tasty. Each ice cream bowl served looks like the photos on the order card. The delicious waffles are freshly prepared. The service is always very friendly and quick.

Super delicious ice cream and sweet snacks in a nice ice cream parlor. There is a winter garden and a sun terrace. Unfortunately, the nostalgic ice cream truck no longer exists. In summer it is usually very busy, so you have to wait a bit to get a place.

A true ice cream parlor. Very friendly staff and worth to take a seat, as the menu is a delight and the ice cream that you order actually will look like on the pictures or better.

The best coconut and bittersweet ice cream I have ever eaten! You can sit outside in the courtyard very well in the summer.

There is a street sale, you can sit inside or in the big backyard. Really great! The ice cream was delicious, the decoration really elaborate, all in all definitely worth the price.

The place is just the best in Hamburg, if you’re looking for a perfect combination of a cosy and spacious place, most delectable desserts, tremendous portions and really friendly personnel! Love it, will definitely go back and will get more spacious trousers to wear.

Expensive but definitely worth it . Most portions are too large which you have them as lunch or dinner .

Recession checked on location: 13.10.2018 Original Italian ice cream caffé, very friendly staff. Great sundaes, extraordinary creations. Very many seats inside and a very large terrace in the yard. That's what makes Italy fun ???

I am a big ice-cream lover and I have to tell you that this place is probably the best ice-cream place in Hamburg, the service is extremely nice and respectful and the atmosphere is to die for. (they have a garden in the back) Want to have a quiet talk with your family or loved ones,this is the place to go.

Not the kind of ice cream I go for. If you like crazy over the top sundaes which look exactly like the pictures in the menu, this is the place for you.
